We don't recommend renting a car to get around, as the streets can be congested and crazy. There are plenty of cheap Ubers as well as Bike rentals which can get you anywhere you need to go in Cabo!! Our front desk can assist with Bike rentals if you need help!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is central to most all of Cabo. You can take a short bike ride or walk to the beach, the marina, hundreds of restaurants, recreatonal activities, the health club, the super market, and local stores. It's a very safe neighborhood as well. It's right next to Office Depot which also provides added 24 hour security.

What makes this property unique

I live in one of the Condos myself. I also hhave my main office in this building, so I'm always available. I've been creating & hosting my own properties for 20+ years. I love Cabo & I want others to be able to enjoy it at a reasonable price. We're one of the only properties that offer facial recognition and fingerprint access to gain entry to the building. We're a quiet & peaceful property with quiet hours each night.
