The ONLY beachfront unit available within the quaint and charming complex of Neptune's Berth, this ground floor unit boasts a 40' porch on THE most desirable strip of beach on Little Cayman.

Enjoy morning coffee while you watch the sunrise on the porch, and a sundowner on the dock as you watch the sunset.

Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and a bunk room with two bunk beds, rated at 300lb each giving you 4 twin beds.

Enjoy dining at the large kitchen island that seats six, or the dinning table that seats 8, or take it outside on the porch where there is additional seating and dining options, including a bbq grill.

Within walking distance to all stores, hotels, dive boats, restaurants, and airport, yet it feels totally secluded and serine. We can’t wait to share the magic of this property with you!

A Shore Ting is exactly as advertised! Little Cayman is like stepping into a time capsule and Dan's unit is a charming, perfectly equipped spot to enjoy beautiful sunsets, uninterrupted time and peaceful moments. The unit has everything that you could possibly ask for, with a lovely nod to Cayman's heritage. We prepared great meals, had naps on the porch and walked either direction for drinks and goodies. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend "A Shore Ting" for a future stay in Little Cayman. Beautiful and memorable!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The property itself is a perfect blend of modern luxury and cozy charm. The interiors are thoughtfully designed, with every detail carefully curated to create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the views from the porch are simply breathtaking.The host was constantly checking to ensure our stay was perfect and made us feel valued and cared for.The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, offering a serene escape with hammock overseeing the beautiful coconut trees and the pristine waters of the Caribbean.Location-wise, it’s ideal—close enough to the small town center, grocery, liquor store, airport etc. Fantastic choice for family.I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a memorable trip.

I can "A Shore" you we will be back again!

It was our first dive trip to Little Cayman and we could not have been happier with our stay! Dan host was incredibly informative and responsive to any questions we had, and the property was modern and extremely well equipped for our group! Wayne the grounds keeper was also very friendly and provided kayaks for us to use to get to Owen’s Island. Parking was available on site and there were plenty towels and linens for us to use throughout our stay. It was a 30 second drive from the airport/grocery & liquor store or about a 10 minute walk. Watching the sun rise from the back deck on what felt like our own private beach and walking along the dock out back under the stars was pure bliss. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an unforgettable few days!

Definitely a Shore Ting in Our Book!

I had last been to Little Cayman in 1998 for a wedding when I lived on Grand Cayman for work in my 20s. Coming back now with my husband and two early teen daughters to stay in such a perfect, well-appointed spot felt like a dream come true.The pictures don’t even do justice for the clean, comfortable, and fresh decor of the house. Everything in the kitchen and home are provided for - which is meaningful on a small island with just one small market. Homeowner, Dan, was incredibly helpful and immediately responsive, along with Mr. Wayne, a caretaker who lives on site.The access to the water is breathtaking. We sat out on the deck to enjoy coffee and soft morning breezes, and went out in kayaks with our girls to swim and see turtles swimming alongside our boat.Coming to Little Cayman is an incredibly unique and special experience. The people - as I remembered - were wonderful. The snorkeling over the top. Especially good for teens to be reminded of the importance of community, humility, and gratitude for what you have. Thank you, Dan and family. We will be back!
