Location location location! beachie 2 rooms. Has every thing you need and more! Just steps away to the Atlantic seashore! All utilities included .
Bedroom has 1 queen bed smart tv kitchen/living area has 2nd entrance, pull couch, smart tv, cable tv, free WiFi , 1/2 block to playground/beach, shell stage live entertainment every nite summer season. Monday nite movies on beach, wed nite fireworks. Lots of outdoor restaurants gambling casinos and tax free shops minutes away. Save $ bring own linens or rent for $50.00 pls advise prior to checking in.

Our stay was good, location was great. We weren’t able to park at the building because we had a truck and didn’t realize that it wouldn’t fit. Other than that it was close to the beach and the boardwalk and was good for our 3 night stay.

Bring your own linens. I didn't see that message at first, and it wasn't until midnight I realized I goofed and didn't have any. It seems the property manager lives next door and they promptly brought us some, but bringing your own is preferred and recommended. One thing to note is that when we stayed it wasn't particularly clean. Sand on the bed, unwashed linens, dirty shower. Really wonderful value for price end of season when we visited.

Sorry u rhought sheets dirty but I washed sheets myself and cleaned shower always. May have thought nicks in shower floor dirt but havent figured how to fill them. As for sand in bed? Not sure how it wud happen with clean sheets? Unfortunately no matter how often I sweep or clean sand is part of the beach? I do hope you still had nice time and didnt let your findings prevent that.

Beach vacation

Great place for beach vacation. Walking distance to almost everything in the area. Clean and cozy place to stay. Loved our time here.

Wonderful stay

Property is extremely clean and provided all the needs for our getaway. Host was extremely prompt and accommodating to all inquiries. This is the 2nd time we utilized this property . Would definetly stay here again.

Hampton Beach visit

Cozy Clean and Comfortable

This was a last minute rental. Owner was so accommodating, the unit was spotless and so comfortable. Included all the necessities including COFFEE!

Nice location

Comfortable and convenient. Property manager super helpful and easy to contact. Bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze if you are not slender or have some accessibility challenges. Mostly worked for my husband and I.

Great location for the beach experience!

The Nook was nice, lots of cute decorations. Only complaint would be the very heavy footed folks in the unit above us. We couldn't believe people would walk around that much at all hours of the day and night. Jean was very welcoming and accessible. Our grandkids loved being so close the the beach with all of the summer activities!

Perfect location

This place is perfectly located: walking distance to the beach, a great park for the kids and lots of restaurants and shops. Although the apartment is quite small, we had everything we needed for our three night stay. The pullout couch was very comfortable (no springs and a firm mattress). The manager was extremely helpful and suggested an outing that turned out to be great fun for the kids (family day in Salisbury, Mass. - 11 minutes by car). Overall, since we spent most of our time at the beach, this apartment was a very good choice.

We wanted to be just a short walk to the beach and this was perfect! Exactly as advertised. It's a bit of an inconvenience when sheets and towels aren't provided (unless you pay extra), but seems to be a growing trend so I will just have to get used to it. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Location

The property was a perfect beach get a way. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We never needed the car. Definitely got my steps in that week.
