I love the location, just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach! Great restaurants only one block away in all directions! And perfect view of the sun set right outside the front door! The Condo was clean and the owners even left a basket of snack for us! Would stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend

Thank you for your hospitality. Everything from the check in process to leaving was nice and smooth. The place was nice and clean and my group really appreciated all of the towels that were left for us to use. The owners were amazing and made the whole weekend relaxing as we had a nice clean place to come back to.

Great spot on the back strip!

Great second floor condo unit, located right in the middle of the back strip. The Goat and Wally’s are just a 1 minute walk, and the strip is just 1 minute more. Really convenient location! Condo was perfect for my wife and I!

Lovely unit for a beach vacation!

The apartment was clean, had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, and a great location a two minute walk from the beach! Parking is right underneath the building, and the deck area was very spacious. The host is very responsive. Would recommend!

Great Location!

My three friends and I stayed in the condo for a girls’ trip. It was a little tight for four adults, but it was a great layout for a couple. The location is close to everything! People should be aware that there are a lot of personal items in the condo to navigate when you are there.

Hampton Condo

It was in a great location. We went to Bernie's to see a live band named the Alex Anthony Band. They were really good. We went to lunch at Sea Ketch and their food was also really good. We got pizza at Christy's and it was good. We had breakfast at The Goat and it was delicious. All places were a short walk from the condo.

Celebration of my daughters 26th bday. The weather was cold windy and rainy during the day of our arrival. Once we checked in, the goodtimes rolled! We loved looking at all personal touches. Had so many knick nacks, little people made out of shells!!! Cuuute!! Easy access by walking to the beach or the strip to have an amazing dinner. Thank you Donny and Diane!!!

Unrealistic Owners

My wife cleaned the whole condo up and down , made the beds . I took out the trash , emptied the fridge , we all were respectful and quiet and did not smoke or anything. A small 2 Inch plant holder broke from my wife cleaning and they charged us for hundreds of dollars on the cleaning bill . Ive stayed in Hampton every year for the past 10 years all at the Sea Spray with fantastic reviews of us as renters. I only stayed here because Sea Spray was booked . Sorry about you’re Plant but it obvious you’re brain is that of a plant . Good luck getting thru life , karma will get you. These people were in a crazy satanic cult or something had garlic ropes and weird pedifile ornaments around it was disgusting.

Clean and comfortable home, seedy neighborhood

The house was clean and comfortable and as described. Not well stocked for cooking if you like to make a meal at home with your family. Thankful for the plethora of towels. The area surrounding area wasn’t our idea of an ideal beach vacation but we found beautiful nearby beaches by just driving a little to North Hampton and Rye. Beware there is a lot of street noise from traffic, police sirens, and loud people walking the streets until we’ll after midnight.

Nice Place

Overall online info was right on. Nice building and location. A bit of a walk to beach but we had 4 adults so is was fine to us to walk. One negative of the unit, the couch pulls out to sofa bed but the mattress is not comfortable and was not able to sleep on it. Overall a wonderful time was had!
