Perfect for large families or groups of friends. Located near Florida State University and Florida A&M University, enjoy all that this 4-bedroom, 2,300 square foot house has to offer. Able to sleep up to 12 guests with 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleeper sofa beds, guests can relax in the cozy bedrooms. The property also features a full kitchen, dining room and 2 full bathrooms. Our guests can also unwind in the large family room or comfortable living room, the kids can have their own space and enjoy the game room. There’s also a large covered deck out back and a large fenced in yard. Come make new, unforgetable memories here. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!

FSU Family & Friends House has been in our family for 35 years. After living in the house and many years of renting to college students after graduation, we finally decided to convert the house to short term rentals so that our family had a place to stay and we could share it with other large families or groups of friends.
Why they chose this property
FSU Family & Friends House is conveniently located a couple of blocks to the west of FSU and Doak Campbell stadium. It’s easy to walk to campus, a football game or other events. Also, very close to FAMU and TCC for similar events. Our neighborhood is a nice blend of families and FSU students. And we are conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and retail shopping.
What makes this property unique
This is the perfect place for families or friends in groups up to 12 to be together vs. having to rent multiple hotel rooms or hotels around town. It’s perfect for togetherness for football weekends, other sporting events, reunions, graduations, work crews, and other events in and around Tallahassee.
