Yes correct you do not have access to the backyard which is stated in the listing but he have a HUGE quiet neighborhood which is listed as a plus in many reviews on both apps.

This clean and modern rental is fully attached to a new house in a new neighborhood, but has its own entrance door and driveway. With the connection, "some" noise is a possibility, but in our experience, it was very minimal. The host also provided a sound machine and suggestions to minimize the possibility. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We were grateful they are pet-friendly for an affordable fee. (Be sure to click "I am traveling with pets" on the Travelers box). We found the bed very comfortable, and it was a plus to have a washer/dryer combo available. Cooking is kept to a portable two-burner & convection microwave oven. It had all that we needed. The only thing I would suggest for you to bring with you is a steamer to press your clothing (no iron available). We felt like we lived in a new apartment for a few days, and we would definitely stay here again!
