Our spacious house nestled in the hills is the perfect getaway for families and individuals who appreciate nature and value privacy. The forest service offers unparalleled trails for hiking, ATV and exploring. Perfect location for hunting and snowmobiling. After a day of adventure, come back to our cozy home and roast marshmallows by the fire pit. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on almost 3 acres with nature and including a small creek winding through the property. Our home is minutes from ATV trails. Easy and beautiful drives to Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish, Rapid City, Sturgis, Nemo, Hill City, Mt Rushmore and Keystone. There are several ATV rental establishments within 7 miles. Only a 15 min drive to Terry Peak for skiing. Great location for your hunting weekend or hop on your snowmobile and leave for the trails from the house. Main level includes, Kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom including the master bedroom with master bathroom, which also includes a private deck. The basement level includes family room, wet bar, 4th bedroom and full bathroom. Our house can sleep up to 10 people. We have plenty of parking for trailers. If traveling with a group, we do have one hookup available for camper for an additional charge.
