It was a quiet apartment building with no noise that was easy to find and had off street parking. I had trouble figuring out how to use the keypad, but Carson was easy to get ahold of and happily helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had all the kitchen supplies we may have needed. It was a great place to stay.

UND Orientation Weekend Stay

We stayed at this property for a long weekend encompassing or orientation. It is central to shopping availability and food resources and not a very distant drive from campus. The unit served our family of 5 well for the weekend. While a generally dated property, it was in clean condition and served our needs for the weekend. Basic cooking utensils were there for breakfast and our dinner prep.

This was indeed a cozy condo and we really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The condo was well equipped and decorated. It was exactly what we expected and good value. And there was coffee in the pantry to supplement the small amount I brought.
