This bright and sunny townhome is just minutes from Breakwater Beach and Ellis Landing Beach, and located around the corner from Linx Restaurant in Ocean Edge. Newly renovated, this townhome features updated central AC and an enclosed loft that serves as a third bedroom. The primary bedroom is on the first floor and features a queen sized bed with TV/DVD. The second bedroom is also on the first floor and has two additional twin beds. The second level leads to an enclosed loft with two twin beds and TV/DVD.
The kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops and equipped with all the amenities of home, with the adjacent dining room comfortably seating six. Laminate floors run throughout the living room with flat screen TV and comfy sofa, loveseat, and chair. Enjoy your evenings on the oversized private patio that is fully furnished with a lovely outdoor patio set and gas grill for outdoor dining! Additional amenities include new washer/dryer and WIFI.

The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.
Surrounded by nautical shops and a variety of locally loved restaurants!

Exceptional dining is available at the Ocean Terrace restaurant, featuring a cool outdoor bar and dining area at the Ocean Edge Mansion, you will enjoy the breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay. Casual dining is available at the Linx restaurant on the Villages side, a personal favorite.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
