Our luxury condo is 1400 square feet, 2 bedrooms + separate living room + full kitchen + dining area + 3 baths, 2 decks (one of the largest in the whole Marriott complex and one small deck). Our condo sleeps up to 6- 8 people.

FREE WIFI and free ski valet service are provided during your stay. You will have undercover valet parking for 2 cars at a daily fee. The Marriott provides fun daily activities for all ages.

Our unit is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom with a triangle-shaped Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, a fireplace, a big screen TV, and a small deck with a table and 2 chairs.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a full bathroom, a big-screen TV, and access to a huge deck. Our deck is one of the biggest decks in the resort.

Fully equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware, and cookware) with a separate dining area. the kitchen has granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, a range/oven & microwave & dishwasher.

The laundry is located down the hall on the second floor.

The living room has a 3rd full bathroom with a shower/tub. There is extra sleeping provided in this room with a pull-out queen-size sofa bed (this pull-out bed is the American leather comfort sleeper, it has no bar to stick into your back and is super comfortable) plus 2 twin size day beds on either side of the fireplace, big screen TV.

THE HUGE DECK is off the second bedroom. We have one of the biggest decks in the complex, there is enough room for about 10 people. You can dine or read a book in the sun, look at the mountains, and people watching is fun from the deck. You can check out the 4th of July fireworks over the lake. It faces the Lakeside, not the pool area. In the summer, the restaurant below the deck has live music. There is patio furniture out there.

This Marriott resort charges a MANDATORY DEPARTURE CLEANING FEE of $290 per stay, which is included in your booking.

There are 3 beds in this unit, which sleep 6 people; convertible beds can be found in the living area. There is an extra person charge for over 6 people per stay.
EXTRA PERSON CHARGE - $25 per person per night for over 6 people.

The Marriott policy will only allow service animals on the
property. Official paperwork must be shown for service animals.

Please be aware that winter weather conditions do occur in South Lake Tahoe, including snow and ice, which may occur during your stay. We strongly recommend checking the local weather forecast and road conditions before your trip and ensuring your vehicle is equipped for winter conditions.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or modifications for late arrivals, early departures, or poor weather. This includes air quality from wildfires or road conditions due to rain, snow, mud, and rockslides. We do not offer refunds or modifications outside of the stated refund policy in our terms and conditions. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks and our refund policy.

This is not the resort for hosting bachelor, bachelorette, or other loud parties that disturb other guests. You will be evicted and liable for any damages. No refunds.
