The Space:

The space

The living area is built for comfort and ease, with a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and high-speed WiFi ready whenever you want to unwind. A dedicated workspace means you can stay connected if needed, and the ceiling fan keeps the Florida air moving through the room. Step outside to your private patio or backyard space - the Indian River Lagoon views are yours to enjoy any time of day, and sunsets here are something to plan your evening around.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king bed dressed in cozy linens, while the guest room offers a queen bed with the same care and comfort. Both rooms are set up to sleep well, with extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage available throughout. The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full sit-down meal. Granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances set the scene, and you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Cooking basics - oil, salt, pepper, pots and pans - are all included. Pull up a chair at the dining table and enjoy your meal with lagoon views nearby.



Bathroom

The bathroom is well-stocked with shampoo, body soap, cleaning products, and a hair dryer, so you can pack light and settle in quickly.

Cocoa Beach is one of Florida's most celebrated Space Coast towns - home to world-class surf, the legacy of 11-time World Champion Kelly Slater, and front-row seats to rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just 5 minutes away, where you'll find restaurants, live music, and nightlife. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a 30-minute drive north. Orlando, including Disney World and Universal Studios, is about an hour west. On the water, kayaking, paddleboarding, and waterskiing on the Indian River Lagoon are all close at hand. Pets are welcome.

Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance or a short drive. (beach, shops, restaurant/bars, ect.) Very close to A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
