Inside, enjoy vaulted ceilings, an open-concept living area, updated kitchen with island seating, wine fridge, and plenty of space to gather and relax.

Walk to restaurants, shops, the Anna Maria City Pier, beaches, museums, and more—or hop on the free Island Trolley nearby to explore the island with ease.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

Stays of less than one week may be available during the off-season and at the last minute; check with our office for details!

Great property that is very clean and well-maintained. The property had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas which were so nice! The pool is a nice perk when staying in. Loved it and can’t wait to make plans for a return visit!

Great quiet neighborhood north of Pine

We loved this property. it was perfect for my husband and me and our dog loved the open layout as well as the fenced in pool area. The kitchen is fantastic. The best of any rental we ever had on the island. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to Pine was also fantastic. We will rent here again.

This was our 5th year on AMI and we’ve stayed across nearly the whole island. This place was by far the best we’ve had. The home is exceptionally clean, well appointed, and made accommodating my family very easy. My children loved the pool, and the location made it great to get around, particularly to local restaurants, shopping, and the beach.

We really enjoyed the house for our 2 week stay. Just big enough for our needs and the pool was great. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants! Our only issue was the internet kept going out so you may need a new router!

The property was very well done. Liked the king beds, large and well organized kitchen, living area and the pool. Location was walking distance to both sides of the island, restaurants and shopping. Wonderfully relaxing stay

The Lakeview Cottage is a wonderful gem. Beautifully decorated mid century modern with updated everything. The pool was completely enjoyable and wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is completely stocked with extremely nice dishes, pots and pans, etc. Really can’t say enough good things about the place. We intend to return next year and hopefully for several years after.

This is a wonderful house for a couple or a small family that needs a two bedroom place. The house has the best kitchen - both in terms of style and being well stocked - that we've experienced in the years we've stayed in Anna Maria. the outdoor space is so lovely and communication with the management/owners was fast and friendly. we look forward to staying here again next year!

Adorable mid century home that has been very nicely updated. Clean and so well appointed. Great location. Our only complaint is that we could not figure how to heat hot tub or if it even got hot? Rather an odd design with it overflowing into the main pool. We would’ve liked for it to work or suggest a separate pool and hot tub. Otherwise we love this house. Bonus for the outdoor shower which we used daily and the great screened in breezeway.
