The first floor includes three of the four bedrooms:
Two twin beds
Bunk beds (2 twin)
Primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite (stand-up shower)
Step down a couple of stairs into the bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The fourth bedroom, with a full bed, is off the kitchen, as is the second full bath (tub/shower combo).
Cozy up by the fireplace on cool evenings, or unwind in front of the large flat-screen TV. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and ocean panoramas.
Extras:
A separate garage just steps from the house includes a screened-in porch right on the water and a peaceful nook to read, dine, or just soak in the view.
One of the most delightful perks? You can order fresh lobsters for dock-side delivery. Imagine lobster dinner without leaving the dock!
