Perfect Vacation Location

This condo was perfect for our vacation! We had a terrific view, as well as easy access to the pool and the beach. Anything we needed was available, including beach chairs, which was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

Check In was quick and easy. The host was very easy to work with. Location, New Smyrna Beach, is our favorite part of the of the Central Florida Atlantic Coast. The condo was very comfortable and clean.

Wonderful location and very comfortable and spacious. Combination lock did not work with code provided, but with a phone call and a bit of convincing that we knew what we were doing, a new code was provided. Maintenance arrived the next day and found an issue with the transponder. Fixed it. All was good after that. Things happen and this was corrected as quickly as possible. Great place to stay. Will come again

The only complaint I have is that pool was not very warm. Also, we were informed about the exterior painting that was taking place but there was also loud construction noise which was sometimes inconvenient when our infant granddaughter was napping. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!
