A wonderful price for the house, such a great deal! The closeness to the beach can barely be beat and the backyard was perfect for kids to run around and explore in. Would definitely recommend!!

We had an excellent stay at Pelican Cove in Cocoa Beach from May 2 to May 4. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.Our family felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The space was welcoming and worked great for both the kids and adults. It really made for a relaxing getaway.The host was fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy for us, which we really appreciated.Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and stress free beach stay.

Exactly what we were looking for. Property was as advertised and in excellent condition. The place was very family, friendly, very close to the beach within walking distance. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything worked really well super cozy and comfortable. Boogie boards were available, small cooler to take to the beach was a plus, umbrella for the beach was amazing. Beds were very comfortable so far was great for the kids and grill worked amazing. We will definitely book this place again in the future if available. washer and dryer also a plus since we had four boy teenagers. This home has everything you need to cook and entertain your family. Thank you. 2-3 min walk tot he beach wa so nice! Boys could walk back and forth to the house and take their surfboards there and back at anytime.

Staying at this property was an excellent experience for us. Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen were spotless, super clean. The hosts were very welcoming, nice and accommodating. Communicating with the hosts were super easy, they would respond within a minute. We wanted to check in an hour early and it was granted immediately. We were two families (with kids) who stayed at the property. We really appreciated that there were 2 bedrooms with King beds. The kids were very happy with the bunk beds. All 4 bedrooms had reasonably sized flat screen TVs, which were very much appreciated by everyone. The kitchen and the pantry were stacked with supplies, the hosts thought of everything!!! All new appliances! We even saw a high chair and a stroller for babies in the garage (which we didn't use, but would have totally appreciated if we had babies with us). We could tell that a lot of thoughtfulness went into curating everything in the property. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely try to book it again.
