Charming & fully renovated Seaside Retreat in lovely Kitty Hawk!
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This home is located centrally in Kitty Hawk's historic village & is fully renovated to show off its historic charm! Less than a mile to the beach & located centrally on the Outer Banks, close to great eats, shopping and loads of outdoor adventures! The house is nestled on an acre w/ a large yard & deck for eating & playing outside! They call this area "beach-country" bc of its unique charm that brings the peacefulness of the country to the beach! (*Backyard guest house rents separately & could have guests staying simultaneously. Inquire if you'd like to rent this as well!)
The house sleeps up to 8 people comfortably in four bedrooms, plus an office with a pull-out. Three stylish full bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including a large double shower in the master. A fully stocked kitchen is great for cooking in, as well as a charcoal grill on the outdoor deck. The laundry room includes a large washer and dryer for your use.
Boardgames and puzzles are provided for a fun and peaceful respite after long beach days. There is a large outdoor shower (perfectly refreshing after the beach), a hot tub and a big backyard to enjoy.
For your use, the house also includes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards and surf boards for your enjoyment! Our place will help you feel at home while you're enjoying all the Outer Banks has to offer!

We are a beach family of seven and this Seaside Retreat was our home for many years! We have fully remodeled it, restoring it to its charming historic beach cottage vibe, while including all the modern amenities. Last year, we moved down the road and now enjoy sharing the home with other beach lovers!
Jamie works as a local pastor & Kimber is small business owner of The Outer Banks Candle Company. We love the coast… swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, & shell hunting! We enjoy living on the Outer Banks, grew up locally & have a list of fave beaches, fishing holes, restaurants, dessert spots, adventures & scenic destinations…. We became rental hosts 10 years ago & we’d love to help make your trip to the OBX as fun & memorable as possible!

We love Kitty Hawk Village because of its close proximity to the beach and fun Outer Banks activities. The area is also very unique bc of the large property sizes and country vibe, often referred to as "beach country." Less than a mile to the beach and yet farms still thrive in the neighborhood and you might even see people riding horseback down the road!
