First- it’s great to see Sanibel back from hurricane Ian in 2022.We’ve been coming here as a family for 20 years & stayed at Pointe Santo at least 10 times, this condo for sure has the best view and location. It’s spacious for a large family has a nice large roof deck, the bathrooms are new and the views stunning!!

The unit had everything we need and then some. Plenty of beach chairs and even a cooler. The location was perfect. Tons of shells and dolphins and manatees in morning at low tide.

Property was a great set up for our family in Sanibel for a wedding! Plenty of room and good set up! The pool/cabana area was beautiful as was the beach! We could have used a few extra supplies : paper towels, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags. Also, the kitchen utensils (pots and pans could be updated -some were broken) Overall we thought it was a great set up for families! The communication with your management team was fantastic!! Always prompt, always understanding, we really really appreciated that!!! Thank you!
