Mechanicsburg Wow Studio w Kitchenette / Private Entrance - For 1-2 Guests.

The independent studio is a part of a restored unique 1870 WOW house.

RESTRICTION DUE TO 'SAFETY FIRST':
Due to the building structure, kitchenette and bathroom design, and type of furniture, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.


The large and upscale studio has a separate entrance, a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, a 50" TV, a kitchenette w micro + air fryer, fridge + set of dishes for 2, and central air (Room temperature is set to 72-75 during Summer and 70 during Winter).

LOCATION:
15 minutes to Carlisle, 25 to the Capitol, 30 to Hershey, and 45-50 minutes to Gettysburg and Lancaster.
Main St. Mechanicsburg is a great street to walk, dine, and enjoy arts and crafts.

No visitors or guests allowed. No smoking, vaping, candles and open fire, illegal drugs, excessive drinking, high volume noise. No pets.

Guests maintain and return a clean unit or pay cleaning fee ($250).

HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT" regarding parking, trash, mail and packages, and emergency procedure - upon arrival.

2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise, DO pay, or their deposit is not returned ($250).

3. We conserve energy; pls avoid excessive cooling/heating. Cooling: 72 and higher; Heating: 72 and lower.

4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized persons will be trespassers and removed by the police.

5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are: no unauthorized persons can enter the premises; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No high noise level. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.

6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT enter if your belongings are infected.

You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.

7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
