THE HOME

The FarmYard is spacious, warm, and thoughtfully set up for groups who want room to relax without feeling crowded. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, friend groups, work crews, outdoor enthusiasts, or guests visiting the area for sports, school, or events.

What a wonderful place!! The views are AMAZING. We stayed for 4 nights & every morning we woke up to see a herd of 50ish elk on the hillside, then at night you can see the lights of LaGrande spread out below you.We had Thanksgiving at the house & our family was able to spread out and really enjoy each other.The hosts live close by and are very responsive to any inquiries.

I wish we had been able to stay here for two weeks. Such a nice, well-stocked house. The views were stunning and we enjoyed the fresh eggs, fruit from the trees and vines, and fresh honey! This "farmhouse" was fully modern, well equipped, and gave us a lovely, quiet place to relax during our stay.A short drive from town, it was easy to shop or go out for dinner, but we were away from the highway and railroad noise of La Grande. A special bonus was the fresh eggs that everyone really appreciated in their morning omelets.

Heaven on Earth

Such a beautiful place. Loved the patio, loved the views, loved the chickens, loved the home. So comfortable, clean and beautiful inside and out. Hosts were amazing and very helpful. My husband is a licensed contractor, which means the property is well maintained, thoughtfully set up, and continually improved with long-term comfort and function in mind.

We believe a great stay comes down to the basics done exceptionally well: a clean home, clear communication, and a space that feels easy to settle into. The FarmYard was created to offer a peaceful, private place where guests can relax and enjoy Eastern Oregon—whether they’re here for work, outdoor adventure, or time with family and friends.

We live nearby and are available if needed, while always respecting our guests’ privacy. Our goal is simple: to provide a clean, comfortable, and reliable place to stay—one guests feel confident returning to again and again.
