Get ready to relax in this adorable 1-bedroom house in Kissimmee. This cozy cottage has spacious and comfortable sofa and chair with pop up coffee table that can turn into a desk or dinner table while watching TV.
The Bedroom has a Queen size bed and large closet with nice chest drawers. Bathroom is equipped with tub/Shower. The cottage is equipped with everything you my need. Linens, towels and the cooking utensils, washer / dryer, carport in a private residential neighborhood. We hope you find everything you need in in our cozy cottage.
The property is equipped with 3 outside video cameras; one looks up the driveway towards the laundry room, one faces out to the drivway and side yard and one faces out towards Marion Ave.
* Minimum booking age 25 years old.

1.5 miles to Tohopekaliga and big Toho Lake Marina. 1 Mile to Downtown Kissimmee. Only 30 min to Orlando International Airport. Gatorland is only 15 min away. Old Town is only 2 mile away. Lots to do and fun places to explore right in our backyard. You will not need to travel far once you reach the Compass Cottage.
