This tastefully decorated home with easy access to downtown Edgartown, beaches & bike path has everything you’ll need for a relaxing summer vacation!

A sunlit island retreat, the home features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, comfortable living spaces, a gas fireplace, and a cottage kitchen. The indoor living spaces have been updated with new coastal-themed bedding and decor. Outdoors, you can unwind in a tranquil setting with several seating areas and plenty of privacy. The beautifully landscaped property includes a 14 x 30 heated saltwater pool, bluestone patio, large deck, outdoor shower, and a cozy garden. The fenced-in pool area has comfortable chaise lounge chairs, a large dining table, plenty of umbrellas — plus space for yard games.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath on the first floor. Upstairs, there is a second full bath and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom sleeps four on a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle. The living room couch has a pull-out queen sleeper to accommodate additional guests.

The home is conveniently located near Morning Glory farm and a stone’s throw from the bike path. Popular State and South beaches are also nearby.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home in Edgartown! After 11 years of visiting MV, we can honestly say this was one of our favorite stays. The house had everything our family needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The pool quickly became our favorite spot to unwind after busy mornings exploring town or spending time at the beach—it was the perfect afternoon retreat. The home is located on a quiet, peaceful street while still being conveniently close to all the island's main attractions, making it easy to get wherever we wanted to go.Michele was an exceptional host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and clearly put a great deal of care into making her home comfortable and welcoming for guests.We were genuinely sad to leave and spent the trip home talking about how excited we are to come back next year. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect Martha's Vineyard getaway!
