This cozy retreat offers TV, AC, WiFi, kitchenette, 2 burner cook top, mini fridge and bar sink.Full updated modern bathroom, queen size bed,super quite friendly community, 1.5 hrs from Key West and Miami. 10 min drive to shops, restaurants and village life. Access to our private beach with over 10 tiki huts and grills, access to my private pool and spa, access private boat ramp, use of my 35 ft private dock, BBQ grill,fishing from your own back yard dock and much more for your comfort. With 1 studio room and 1 full bathroom, this 400sq ft space is perfect for solo guest or 1 couple looking for an enjoyable getaway from that cold freezing winter. Relax and unwind in this charming hideaway, where you can truly disconnect and recharge. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. Minium stay is 5 months.
