The host was extremely helpful, they made the transition to the property very easy. The property was really nice inside with everything you could possibly need to make your stay even better. The neighborhood was quite and you had privacy for family and friends. It was worth the drive and stay.

There are many small details in their decorations, and for our comfort that enhanced our stay. Morning coffee by the fire pit or evening barbecues were delightful in the backyard. The kitchen was beautifully equipped. The bed is very comfortable. The host/owners were very timely with their communications and check-in was absolutely a breeze. I highly recommend this home for a place to stay.

Everything here in the kitchen that you would need to cook a meal including spices. the house is a nice lay out.Host very easy to text back in forth. nice place to stay to go to California. 2 hours away. Beds are very comfortable .I would stay here again .

Perfect little house

We were in town visiting family. This house was perfect for my husband , our 3.5 year old, and I. My kid loved all the toys and games provided. The hosts provided every ammenity imaginable.

This was our "Sister's" weekend. The four of us enjoyed all the comforts of home provided by our host. There were plenty of beds for us to each have our own. We enjoyed the use of the well stocked kitchen, watching movies, playing games and exploring downtown Grants Pass. Great weekend, great company, great home.

The host was reasonable and timely with communication. The comforts of home (cookware, flatware, seasonings, silverware, etcetera). Some of the windows don't have the best seal, but it was easy to stay warm with the heat on. Great view from thee patio!

We checked in for a girls weekend, the place was clean and cute! The view was amazing. The host was so quick to respond to any messages and so helpful with everything. We unfortunately had to evacuate due to a fire but even in that the host was gracious, helpful and gave a speedy refund for the unused days. This was 100% out of their control as the fire department ordered the evacuation and cut the power, so we understood and chalked it up to an adventure. The house has lovely outdoor seating areas, a lot of boardgames to choose from. A lovely snack basket and is clean and bright, open the curtains for some beautiful views and bright light! We enjoyed the stay so much we are planning another trip down. See you next summer!

I can’t say enough to describe how incredibly comfortable this property is. Guests are provided a generous supply of items located in the den, kitchen and bathroom that add to the ease of a temporary stay. The host is not only extremely accommodating but responds promptly to any communications. In the hospitality industry, good customer service such as this is highly valued & greatly appreciated! Thanks so much Jenni for making our trip so memorable!
