House is great! New and clean. Host was very responsive. Beds are HARD but living room full of reclining seats was a fun touch for watching movies! We would definitely rent again!

Thank you so much for staying with us and for the thoughtful review. We’re really glad you enjoyed the new home, cleanliness, responsiveness, and the recliner seating for movie nights. We’re sorry the beds felt firmer than expected. They are memory-foam mattresses, and we’ve learned that in colder winter temperatures they can feel stiffer at first. To address this, we purchased brand-new 4-inch pillow-top mattress toppers for every bed. Unfortunately, they were still packaged in the laundry room cabinet and our cleaning team missed installing them before your arrival. That’s on us, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ve since corrected this so future guests will have a much softer sleep experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and would love the opportunity to host you again.

We own several vacation homes and love to travel. Sharing the different homes/spaces at our Oregon and Puerto Rico properties has been quite rewarding and many times we've made wonderful friends that visit each year.

Why they chose this property

Finding an acre of land that also had easy access to the river was a priority for us. Once we purchased the land we built the house with the back facing the river which you can see from windows inside the house as well as the covered backyard 2nd floor deck.
