- This is the LOWER LEVEL unit of the DUPLEX which is only rented for 30 days or more, we are no longer a short term rental.

- If you have mobility difficulties walking up/down the many steps from the street to your cottage, PLEASE, reconsider booking.

***Due to our family's, friends' and other guests with severe allergies, we have an exemption that allows us to not accept ANY pets, including service animals, emotional support animals... etc animals... so, please do not ask, we do not make exceptions and perhaps searching for another house that accepts pets will be better choice for you. Thank you for your understanding.

- The solar powered cottage is tucked up in the hills of Morro Bay in a very quiet neighborhood and providing a tranquil escape..

You'll have access to the entire cottage with its own entrance as well as all the new decks.

-Like nearly every VRBO listing, we have Ring security doorbells at the entrances and cameras on the outside of the property at the perimeter, and at the front of the shop and the top deck.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do NOT PRE-RINSE dishes/pots/cups/utensils..., the dishwasher PRE-RINSES before it washes. Do not "spoon" items. The water arms must make a 360 turn, and not to stumble. Use "AUTO".
If not everything fits in the dishwasher, do not WASTE water to HAND-WASH, but leave it in the sink for us.
SUNDAY NIGHT guests: Monday is trash day. Place the bins ACROSS THE MAILBOXES, 6 ft away from the electrical pole. SMALL GREY bin: TRASH, not recycles. BLUE LID bin: RECYCLES ONLY, not trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS. Due to allergies we've been exempt from accepting assisting, emotional, service pets
HOT TUB must be COVERED when not in use.
Bring your own BEACH TOWELS, our Bath Towels are not for the beach.

Great family property

The house is a perfect little house for a family stay! Cozy & cute. Great view of the beach & rock. There are quite a few stairs to get down to the house but otherwise it is absolutely perfect. Peaceful. We enjoyed our visit here!

A nice and comfortable place with lots of character, plants and places to sit and relax. The host (Angie) is great at communicating and making sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. She also gives great recommendations on places to see and places to eat.

Quirky place, very sweet host

Angie made the check-in process very easy and the listing is accurate. This place is very quirky with a heavy DIY feel. We stayed for the weekend with small kids, who loved the crow’s nest and suspension bridge plus all the kids’ toys. The kiddos also appreciated the frequent animal sightings. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you could desire.

We could see the ocean from the yard. Angie and her family have worked very hard to create a backyard space with views that is fun and entertaining for the whole family. The kids loved crossing the bridge, ringing the bell, playing with trucks and tetherball. The hot tub was not over-chlorinated and was a nice end to a long day on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, though we were mostly in town and at the beach. We had everything we needed. Angie is the sweetest and you can tell she really loves people and hosting. Thanks for sharing and visiting with us! :)

Although we have no garage and we park our cars on the street, it's ALL about the view and a quiet, private location.

What makes this property unique

We are the last house on a quiet cut-de-sac on a double wide lot, with lots of newly built decks with lots of seating and ocean view, we added a playground for the kiddos, we are bordered with a Eucalyptus forest and farmland...
