House surrounded by the beauty of the Atlantic Forest and close to the sea (Guaratuba and Itaguaré). Located in the Residencial Guaratuba condominium, with 24 hour security with foot in the sand.
Holds 7 to 11 people on the ground floor of the house. (rents the entire ground floor - photos)
With 2 bedrooms and 1 suite, 1 social bathroom and a large living room integrated into the full gourmet kitchen, which overlooks the pool (3 x 8 m2), the barbecue area and the large living space.
The particularity of the place is that it has the Restinga de Bertioga State Park (Integral Protection Conservation Unit) as a garden, and the possibility to admire monkeys, birds, squirrels, ... during the day and the stars and the fires at night, to the sound of the forest and the sea.

Muito boa !
Nós gostamos muito da estadia. Fui num grupo de 11 amigos e todos puderam dormir confortavelmente. As fotos da casa são bem fieis a realidade e a Clara é uma pessoa muito atenciosa. Todos os dias de manhã ela limpa a piscina, e procura sempre nos agradar... até ganhamos raspadinha feita por ela :). O gás acabou durante a estadia, e ela prontamente resolveu.
A casa fica em meio a natureza, num lugar muitoooo tranquilo. Realmente precisa levar repelentes, porque há muitos pernilongos, mutuca e insetos em geral, por estar no meio do mato.
A casa fica distante da praia, precisa pegar o carro,mas é muito fácil e seguro estacionar próximo a praia.
