Why they chose this property

This spot is right on the line that divides the lower garden district from the CBD. You get best of both worlds! Grungy downtown with a hint of boogie. It all comes together for a mixture of fun.

What makes this property unique

Despite the fact that a bar is two doors down and the street name is quite a mouth full, this is oddly a quiet block. Don't forget to check what time the corner pizza restaurant closes. They like to leave surprises out every now and again.
