Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and found the home to be just as described. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re happy we could help whenever you needed anything. We’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re in the area!
This house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect space for my family who came in for a funeral. I have other family in the area so this place was in the perfect location. The only downside is smoking being prohibited on the entire property. I’d never smoke in anyone’s home since I don’t my own but having to take a walk smoke when there’s so much beautiful shade around the place sucked.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We’re glad the house was a comfortable place for your family during such a difficult time, and we’re sorry for your loss.
We also appreciate your feedback about the smoking policy. We understand it can be inconvenient, especially with the peaceful outdoor spaces. Because many of our guests have allergies or sensitivities, and due to insurance and fire safety considerations, we’ve chosen to keep the entire property smoke-free. We know that won’t be ideal for everyone, but we hope you were still able to enjoy your stay overall.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you and your family all the best.
Lovely home with plenty of space to kick back and relax. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed to enjoy home cooked meals each night during our stay. Comfortable beds, clean and updated bathrooms too. Recommend this property for those looking to spend time in Arkansas and explore the area. Nice central location to venture out to the stunning parks and forest lands.

Thank you for your kind words. We are glad you enjoyed your visit.
Nice location with short driving distance to many eating places and also convenient drive to Petit Jean State Park, we enjoyed the hike on many trails and the sceneries are beautiful. This vacation home has plenty of rooms, good shower pressure and convenient washer and dryer for guests to use. I have given suggestion to host to include a small eat in kitchen table as there are many breakables antique decor in the house, beautiful but not suitable for younger children who tend to bump into things. Overall, we have good stay!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, easy access to Petit Jean State Park, and the beautiful scenery the area has to offer. It’s great to hear that the home’s spacious layout, washer and dryer, and good shower pressure helped make your stay comfortable.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the furnishings and décor. We understand that families with younger children may have different needs, and we will certainly take your suggestion for additional dining space into consideration. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we’re happy to hear you had an enjoyable visit overall. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
This property worked well for our family get together. The only thing that was not as described was at least one of the beds was a full size instead of all of them being queen size.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The information has been updated.
This house gave a lot of space for everyone. We really appreciated the decor and the extra touches you would find in your own home. It wasn't too far from Petit Jean National Park and there were nice grocery stores and restaurants nearby

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear the home had plenty of space for your group and that you appreciated the décor and thoughtful touches. We want our guests to feel as comfortable as they would in their own home, so it’s wonderful to know that came through during your stay.
We’re also glad you enjoyed the convenient location near Petit Jean State Park, as well as the nearby grocery stores and restaurants. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime your travels bring you to the area!
This was an amazing find and we could not have been happier with our experience. The home was well maintained and even had some great decorations set for the time of year. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back next year!
We enjoyed an excellent stay as we visited family in the area. Check in was smooth and straightforward. Not only was the home perfect for every practical need but the environment was a delight with each rooms’ items thoughtfully curated and decorated. We have stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this is one of the best! Would gladly stay again and highly recommend.
This 4-bedroom house is clean, conveniently located and nicely decorated. The proximity to Petit Jean State Park is fantastic and that was what brought us to Morrilton. A 2-car carport at the rear of the house is convenient for loading/unloading your vehicle straight through the mud room into the large kitchen. Nice large washer/dryer in the mud room was great for us since we had just completed 2 weeks of a 3 week road trip. We turned up the driveway from Oak Street on our arrival but we followed the driveway to the rear street after that since Oak Street could be busy at times. We slept in the rear bedroom so there was no issue with any road noise at night. Communication with the host was great. On our arrival date, Michaela reached out to us to let us know the cleaners were running late but they were completely done by the time we arrived. She was very accommodating and we appreciate the amazing hospitality.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re delighted you enjoyed the home’s cleanliness, décor, and convenient location, especially its proximity to Petit Jean State Park. It’s great to hear the carport and mud room made unloading easy after such a long road trip, and that the washer and dryer were helpful during your travels.
We also appreciate your understanding regarding the slight delay with the cleaners. We’re glad everything was ready by the time you arrived and that our communication helped make the process smooth. Thank you for your kind words about our hospitality—they truly mean a lot to us.
It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to the Morrilton area. Safe travels!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
While the house is very cute and clean, there were a lot of rules to follow pertaining to belongings left in the house. For example, you could not use all dishes, cloth napkins, or cutting boards. The table was not usable due to dinnerware being set up. The couch was cute but not comfortable. There was no shampoo or soap left in the shower. I would also be really nervous to take any kids here with all the breakables. For the money, not a bad place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting the cleanliness and charm of the home.
We do provide a few guidelines regarding certain decorative or display items, but all essential kitchenware, dishes, cookware, and dining areas are available for guest use. The table setting is decorative and can be moved if guests prefer to use the table during their stay.
As shown in our listing photos, the home does contain decorative items and antiques that contribute to its character. Many families have enjoyed staying here, but we understand that guests traveling with young children may have different comfort levels regarding breakable decor.
We appreciate your comments and are glad you found the property to be a good value overall.
