So you are never stuck in the Sunday exodus. Guests who discover this never go back to weekend bookings.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed property.

We were greeted by a lovely bottle of wine along with a note of welcome from Trupti. The location was perfect for us considering things like convenience to our favorite spots on the Cape, proximity to the Rail Trail while still being private enough for us to enjoy the peacefulness of the backyard patio. The boat yard that is accessible from the trail at the end of the street was a big plus as we could walk down and rent paddleboards. The house is nicely renovated with lovely furnishing and housegoods.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Orleans. The property is just as noted and pictured, with some lovely improvements like fresh paint and a large round communal dining table with chairs. The master bedroom was perfect for my husband and I ( the grandparents), the king bed incredibly comfortable, the bath clean, and shower awesome. Upstairs had plenty of space for 3 more adults and 2 children to sleep comfortably. My one daughter was able to use the den space ( which had a monitor) for work without disturbance to the rest of the family. The back yard is landscaped beautifully with plenty of seating in upper and lower areas. Grill and fire pit both clean and easy to use. The inside of the home is tastefully decorated, not cluttered at all; we especially liked that there was plenty of room for our incidental things on counters, sink tops, end tables, etc. Also, unlike other properties on the cape, linens are supplied. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor towels and a nice washer and dryer. The area is lovely too. You can be most places - beach, bay, stores, restaurants, golf, etc in less than 20 minutes. The small community beach you can walk to was perfect for our grandchildren. Our host, Trupti, was quick to respond to the few questions we had but never intrusive. She was kind enough to mail us a flashlight we left in the kitchen within one day of asking. I would not hesitate to see if this property were available if we travel to Cape Cod again in the future.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our group of ladies had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful, recently updated and well maintained. The multiple living areas, large patio and yard and updated appliances in the kitchen were perfect for our group. The host was easily accessible and quick to respond to all questions I had. The location was a very short drive from Nauset Beach. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful House with Comfort, Fun, and Location!

Stayed for a week with six adults and two kids and it worked perfectly. The design is impeccable and modern, but also charming. The amenities of games in the basement, the patio with high end grill, and fantastic location all made it an unbelievable family vacation! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Why they chose this property

Recently ranked as one of the “Happiest Seaside Towns in America” by Coastal Living, Orleans offers a little something for everyone. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within a 5-minute drive of restaurant-packed Orleans Center, a 15-minute drive to Chatham Center, and an 8-minute drive to both Nauset and Skaket Beaches. Swimming in spring-fed Pilgrim Lake and Arey’s pond is reachable by foot in less than 10 minutes.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio and watch the menagerie of birds who frequent the private tree-lined acreage and gardens. From blue jays, orioles, cardinal, and hummingbirds to the occasional bald eagle, this property is a bird lover’s paradise.
The patio is very bright and sunny in the morning and into the late afternoon—it’s the perfect spot for outdoor cooking and gathering to enjoy a beer or glass of wine. Grill fresh seafood caught on your fishing trip or bought from the local market and share stories of exploring the seascapes and wetlands of Orleans, from nearby Arey's Pond to the coves of Little Pleasant Bay.

In the evenings, gather around a cozy fire in the large outdoor fire pit. Enjoy friendship, family and fun by roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. Settle in with a cup of hot chocolate and great conversation under Cape Cod's starlit skies. Share stories and laughs with your group of friends over a craft beer or glass of wine from one of Cape Cod’s artisan wineries.
