Valeriia was kind to offer early check in without charges when we asked if we could leave our luggage at the apartment after our early morning flight arrival. She also told us before our booking that there will be scaffolding going up around the building for external works. She even offered a 10% discount for the inconveniences, which we accepted. The apartment was in good order and well stocked with everything one needed. But with the external works, it does gets quite dusty despite having all windows and doors closed at all times, the apartment could probably do with a deep clean. Also the apartment is slightly dated, e.g. small piece of tiles chipping off on the toilet floor, etc. and could do with minor maintenance/upgrade work. Our 9-days stay was slightly unpleasant due to the external works and scaffolding which we were already warned of before we booked. We went ahead anyway but don't recommend anyone else do before the completion of the external works. We can't sleep in because the workers would come to work at 8am every weekdays morning drilling and knocking. It doesn't help that the window covering are sheer and feels like the workers are literally right outside our bedroom and living room looking in, there's a complete lack of privacy. I'm sure our experience was singular and incidental, we would have enjoyed our stay much better had it not been the external works. The convenience of the location as previous reviewer mentioned is top notch.

Great location, very central to both South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stops. Excellent pre and during stay communication from Valeriia. Property was well presented and clean. A hot London period meant the ability to open windows/french doors an advantage. A shame the balcony was under repair during our stay. Would benefit from consideration of some facilities e.g., more wine glasses etc. Overall, very good value for money.

Apartment was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen is a full kitchen that can be used to cook in and not just a kitchenette. Location is ideal, easy walk to the tube, Kensington Garden, Hyde Park and several small very good restaurants.
