To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we use a smart lock system. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process.



This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.



Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your access.

Great location but apartment poorly maintained. Could do with a coat of paint, 3 light bulbs out, hob didn’t function properly, several saucepans not induction compatible, no toilet roll holder, no shower shelf for soap etc, very poor towels, no bath mat, hot water pressure in basin minimal, no lift access to second floor, limited TV …no access to free to air TV. No instructions for use of induction hob , TV. For the money paid the whole place needed tidying up from the entrance in. Having said that management did attempt to resolve a number of the issues and were generally helpful but telling us they were busy and appreciated our patience was not helpful. We moved out by the time a number of the issues were addressed so the next tenant would be the beneficiary of our efforts. I couldn’t recommend or use your services again because I feel we were duped.Regards Graeme
