This house definitely exceeded all of our expectations and was a delightful place to stay. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The owner came to our rescue when the keypad didn’t work and made sure we were safely in the house from there. Everything was perfect!! We would definitely stay there again, highly recommended to anyone traveling to you

Great Stay

This place checked off everything we were looking for in a rental. The location , cleanliness, amenities, spaciousness and comfort. We would highly recommend and stay again when we are on that side of town.

The house was as pictured and described. Wonderfully maintained. It was the perfect place for our needs. Close to where we needed to be while in Utica. Plenty of space and was a nice surprise to have the attic space with comfy couches and tv with some games. Enjoyed the house completely. Would recommend highly to anyone visiting the area.

Diamond in the rough

This is by far the most comfortable we have been away from home. The house was very clean and the restoration is absolutely beautiful. Very close to Genesee St. We will definitely stay again!

Home away from home

This is a great place for a family stay or vacation. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful dining/living areas. Having 2.5 bathrooms is also a convenient feature. Centrally located for visits to Utica, New Hartford and surroundings.

Scott St. in Utica

The house was clean and organized. I wasn't happy that all the bedrooms were on the 2nd floor due to the fact that I'm 80. However, the rest of the family had no problems.
