In this 1500 square feet basement guest suite, there is 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom accessed by stairs with private laundry with stackable washer/dryer and fully furnished kitchen for home cooking and indoor gatherings. A dartboard is also added for your enjoyment and suitable for all ages.

Fenced backyard with a grove of trees lined on the western side that create the perfect oasis. In addition, there is a covered patio with outdoor patio furniture for stormy days or getting out of the heat of the sunny summer days. A Blackstone BBQ within the patio with all tools equipped to enjoy outdoor cooking no matter the weather or time of year.

Other outdoor amenities include an onsite playground as well as trampoline for guests that have children staying, firepit for keeping warm or enjoying memorable treats around the fire with the outdoor furniture provided, and a hot tub underneath a gazebo to allow privacy & shade. Outdoor space is a shared space between guests and the hosts (covered patio, outdoor furniture, outdoor eating area, firepit, BBQ, hot tub, trampoline, play structure)

Samantha and Justin will not be in your unit unless requested by you, an emergency, or any issues regarding the unit itself. Hosts are available to help with any issues most of the time & should be contacted through Vrbo.

With the hosts' family living in the unit above & the suite and house being connected to the same structure, there will inevitably be some sound transfer between units. The hosts are not worried about any sound made by guests (within reason), but would like you to know there will be some sound transfer from the hosts and their family as they move around above you during daytime hours (especially around meal times). Hosts try to be courteous of noise levels and stick to a noise ordinance rule for themselves.
