Why they chose this property
Location, location, location. It had to be close to the airport, close to the university, and close to the downtown restaurant scene. And it had to accommodate a big family. The trees and the historic nature of the surrounding neighborhoods are certainly a big reason as well.
What makes this property unique
*All five bedrooms are upstairs, including the master suite.*Master suite has a private separate Jacuzzi tub and Separate walk-in shower * and private balcony. Private and quiet fenced backyard.
