I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house.

We stayed for an overnight to see a concert on our way back from a cross country trip. Property was super clean, updated, trendy, and private. Loved the big open shower! Two parking spots gave us room to leave the camper. Host was very responsive. 10/10
