We respectfully disagree with the guest’s characterization of their stay. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to check-in and met our standard hosting requirements. At no point during the stay did the guest notify us of any concerns regarding cleanliness or condition so that we could address them promptly.
Additionally, the reservation was made for two guests with no pets, yet the guest arrived with seven people and a pet, which violated the house rules and required additional fees. After being informed of these charges, the guest became confrontational. Despite later claiming issues with cleanliness, the guest chose to remain in the property for the full duration of the reservation.
We take guest satisfaction seriously and always respond quickly to legitimate concerns. In this case, the claims made after the stay are inconsistent with the guest’s actions and the condition documented before and after checkout.
