My family rented this beautiful home for our mother’s 80th birthday. The house was perfect! It is decorated beautifully, it’s clean, and there was plenty of room for the 14 of us who stayed. Highly recommend.

This lovely home is perfect for families. Fully appliance stocked kitchen; close to the beach; totally clean and neat vacation rental; the attention to detail includes both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker (ground coffee & pods included); there’s ample beach towels; in case the huge refrigerator fills, there’s another in the garage. Count on immediate host communication. These are just a few of the delights to be found. Be sure to mark this spot for future bookings with confidence. Thanks for helping to make our vacation so memorable!

Great location, beautiful space. Sleeps 10-11 comfortably. It's wonderful to have sheets, towels, and beach tags all provided and not have to bring them as is typical with Ocean City rentals. The property management company was attentive and quick to respond to our questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful space! 414 is truly “fully stocked” with towels, beach chairs, and carts to make your day on the beach enjoyable. We never ran out of dishes, silverware, or coffee cups; which for a group of 10 is easy to do. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and lounging in the living room. Everything is very comfortable and modern.Helpful reminders are sent, questions are answered quickly, and general process was very easy. The sliding door stuck a bit (I think it is related to time of day), and maintenance was out very quickly (it slid right open for him LOL) but any issue or question is addressed very quickly and with a smile. The AC is great! Ceiling fans everywhere. All the important things to us are 5star!We would definitely recommend and/or plan to return.

Family vacation

Awesome! The place was wonderful and well equipped!!! My husband likes to cook so a grill would have been nice but not needed! Can’t say enough! And, it included deluxe linens. Ultra modern. Thank you!

We just got back from five fabulous nights in OC. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The house was great! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. We had plenty of space for our large family. The house was fully stocked with amenities and was in a great location. Make sure to visit the Life Saving Station Museum across the street - such interesting history!
