We enjoyed our stay at this home in Georgetown. The house was clean, well appointed and very cozy. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the size of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. I would highly recommend the house. The hosts were attentive and responsive.

We stayed at this house to be close to family over the holidays, and it was perfect! The house had everything to host a dinner or two, and we were very comfortable. Host was great, too!

Overall the property very nice. The neighborhood was convenient to the Ky Horse Park. The area was quiet. The refrigerator was clean and adequate. We made a dinner and lunch for 16 people and had two large cakes and it all fit. The floor was a nice LVF. Due to the Ky horse park competition we mostly came home slept and went to the show. Very nicely decorated.

The house was lovely and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We spent 2 weeks while in town for a horse show and could not have been happier. Very convenient to the Horse Park and lots of food and shopping options close by. I highly recommend The Dawning House if you need a place in the Georgetown/Lexington area.

Peaceful

My family stayed for 3 nights during our journey to the Ark Encounter in Williamstown. The home is very nice and located in a quiet neighborhood. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. We will stay here again when we are back in the area. The hosts were very gracious and accomodating. A pleasure to work with.

This is a very nice house. The kitchen is well stocked. Owner had coffee/filter/sugar available, which was nice. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet neighbor.
