We had a great time! Very clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestions would be exhaust fans in the bathrooms...no ventilation so it did smell mildewy in the unit.

A beautiful, cozy, and comfortable condo. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach. This was especially convenient for our family. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us — it truly felt like home during our stay this week. This property was very clean and the most equipped property we have stayed in. Communication with Ana, the host, was so great. She kept us informed of the easy check in/check out process along with really cool websites for shuttle launches and the ocean tide information. You can’t beat the location, steps away from the peaceful, private (no drive) beach. This place will have everything you need for a memorable family vacation. We will definitely use this property in the future if available.

Our stay here was fantastic! Waking up to watch the sunrise on the ocean, from our balcony was so peaceful. Our beach days were very enjoyable and our hosts had everything we needed! The kitchen had what we needed to make many of our own meals! They thought of everything! Can’t wait to visit again!!

Exactly as advertised and better! Great communication from our host before, during and after our stay. The view from the master bedroom and balcony is incredible. The condo is in the non-driving section, so it was not crowded at all. Highly recommend staying here!! Thanks for a great experience!!!

The condo was exactly how it is listed and shown. It is a very nicely maintained condo just a little smaller that I expected but perfect for us. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and dishware, etc for cooking. Balcony is ocean side with a great view. King size bed with a small bathroom w/shower off of the master bedroom. Full size bath off the hall near the other bedroom. We were very comfortable with our stay and felt safe there. We will definitely be staying again.

Don't look elsewhere - this is the best property! I had a fabulous time and will come here again. It was quiet and had beautiful views - I lacked nothing inside: beachware, towels, dishes, cookware, TV, coffee, spices, seating, the softest bed, great shower, peaceful balcony, easy access to the beach and heated pool. Ana was a great host with quick responses and kind words.

We had a wonderful week. Love the location, the unit is very clean and secure, you will find most anything you need during your stay is provided including beach chairs and beach towels. Good communications from the host (Ana) who offers great suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. Ana even sent us a link to a website we could use to check the local tides which we had not thought about but found very helpful. We recommend Southpoint210 and hope to stay here again the next time we visit this part of Florida.

Wonderful beach condo

This was a wonderful experience right on the beach. Rented this condo for my family, 2adults & 2 children. Very comfy, compact condo. Great coastal furnishings and comfy beds with so many extras. One of the best appointed condos I’ve seen. Easy entry and use of the facilities and in a great location. Host was easy to contact and committed with. I’ll definitely plan to rent this condo again!

Honeymoon Getaway

What a wonderful place to spend our Honeymoon. Beautiful place, and decorations were perfect for our beachside paradise. Ana and Steve make sure everything you need is ready and available. Our morning coffees on the balcony watching the sun come up over the ocean were a prefect way to start the day. You can dip your toes in the mighty Atlantic or simply take a dip in the perfectly heated pool. As we set out on daily adventures, we found that we were Little more than an hour from many popular Florida attractions. For the days when you want to stay close close to home, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys await you. There is so much to do, whether you choose to stay in or venture out. Ana and Steve are readily available if you need any thing or have any questions. What wonderful hosts. Thank you for everything. Can't wait to book again!

We loved this condo! This was our second time staying in this building but our first time in this unit. The condo was clean, not cluttered with decorations, and had everything we needed. (My only suggestion would be to add a few extra hooks in the bathrooms for towels, but that's just a personal preference. I like having wet towels or swimsuits spaced out to dry.) We have stayed in many condos over the years and most of the kitchens are barely stocked with necessities, but this condo was well stocked. When we first arrived at the condo and realized that we were right above the gate to walk out on the beach, we were a little worried that it would be noisy, but it really wasn't a big deal. The bed was definitely one of the more comfortable beds we have ever slept in at a condo. Maybe the best part of the stay was getting to see a rocket launch from the balcony. Our 8yo was thrilled! I almost hate writing a review, because we would love to keep this place a secret, but that just wouldn't be fair! We would absolutely stay here again and hoping it will be same time next year! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Ana answered any questions we had quickly, Checking in was super easy, condo was stocked with everything we needed. LOVED the layout of the kitchen versus other condos we’ve stayed in, was able to cook and still see the ocean view, layout also provided more cabinet space. Beach accessories were a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The condo has beautiful decor, comfortable beds and furniture, a well equipped kitchen, and everything you need to go to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, & beach toys). The beach view from the living room and master is breathtaking. The living room has a large tv loaded with a big variety of apps including our favorite, DirecTV. The condo building has a nice size pool and plenty of parking. The owners are responsive to the few questions we had as there is a book with detailed instructions.

Very nice place to stay , very clean and well kept. 10/10 over all. Only thing I did wish there was a mop there so I could clean the floors through the week. But there was a vacuum.
