Great place to stay if you are visiting Denton. Clean rooms, host was very responsive, close to the square and food. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Would and hopefully will stay again

This home met our needs for our 4-night stay. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. We were out of the house exploring the area most of our visit, so all we needed was a clean place to sleep.

On the way to property, I called the owner to tell them I was going to be arriving late and had not received check in instructions. That’s when she told me in broken English that she didn’t know about my reservation and that she let her property manager’s family stay there for free while I was paying for that night. When I called vrbo they sided with her and I was out of a place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE HOST IS A HORRIBLE PERSON AND WILL MOT TRY AMD HELP. 0/10 TRASH PLACE AND TRASH PEOPLE.

Disappointed

The interior was clean & neat. However, the front yard is deplorable! Like we seriously considered just driving away Additionally, someone apparently is actively living in the property? The refrigerator had food, condiments etc. The freezer was full of stuff, including an apparent half used onion just stuck on a shelf! No icemaker Then there was the shower- definitely not explained…as in it’s obviously for a handicapped or elderly individual. (Not intended as offensive) The issue was- 1. A “shower chair” was left in shower 2. Very little water pressure 3. Water went everywhere outside the shower area- which the floor was level with the rest of the bathroom area. 4. Only a curtain went around the rectangle shower area. 5. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door type, didn’t seal at all- no privacy! Finally, while the expresso machine was nice- there was a ton of other daily use food stuffs & one unsharp knife for use. Bottom line- this property just didn’t seem suitable for a rental property via VRBO

Thank you for your review. 1. We had contracted the yard work out, but unfortunately, the person responsible had a family emergency and was unable to come. I don’t own a mower myself, otherwise I would have taken care of it personally. 2. We occasionally host guests with disabilities at our property. While we never judge anyone for their condition, we strive to provide accessible resources so that all our guests can enjoy their stay, especially when they’re on vacation. We appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness and interior of the home. Thank you again for your feedback.
