The accommodations were very comfortable, the pool was a huge hit, and the game room provided hours of entertainment for the whole family. The hosts were also excellent communicators and clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more. Absolutely wonderful weekend getaway…we didn’t want to leave!

This place was amazing! It is so comfortable and clean- just like the pictures! We stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time. There are a ton of fun things to do around Wausau, but we made the best memories swimming in the pool, having a just dance party in the game room basement, and several movie marathons. We all agreed that we’d love to come back and do it again.

We had a lovely stay at The Playhouse in Wausau. The house is was amazing and clean. The host, Blia was responsive when I had questions and was just a pleasure to work with. We hope to visit again!

This place was amazing! So clean! So much to do both inside and out. The host communicated incredibly quickly. The pool and the basement were our main reasons for choosing this property and they did not disappoint! Everything worked as expected too. I was pleasantly surprised to see the high quality pool floaties and the robot vacuum too! And the privacy around the pool was also very unexpected.

It was a clean and wonderful stay! Nice neighborhood and clean house. The pool was fantastic too! Host was responsive and easy to work with! We visited a couple small businesses while we were there and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend this house for any family getaway or girls trip .)

Perfect Ski Weekend

This place is perfect for a ski weekend. Great gaming room with PS 5 and old school stand up games, foosball, air hockey. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again for sure!

Pool is amazing!!!

The house was exactly as listed. Clean, spacious, and well stocked. It was everything we hoped it would be for our girls trip. The pool was incredible and the floats and towels were a great treat!

It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and house in a quiet neighborhood. Since it was late October the pool was closed which we knew it was closed for the season. Would definitely rent again if in that area.

Wow what an amazing week! The basement, the heated in-ground pool, the beds and everything was great. Very well appointed kitchen, soft towels, inviting bedding all wrapped up in a perfect vacation home! This place is on our list when we return to Wausau! Thank you!

The Playhouse

We were there for 3 nights. Very welcoming, clean and convenient. Had everything we needed. Teenagers loved the lower level. The kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and friendly.

Great Place!

We had a group of 8 friends and family staying here for the weekend! The house was clean and modern/updated and smelled nice! Communication and check in process was seamless as the owner provides a guide for staying at the home. The pool was very nice and has one side that is at least 7-8 feet deep. Couches and beds were all comfortable and access to towels and cooking utensils helps us make a great dinner at our stay. Also nice, located in a good neighborhood downtown Wausau so you can get anywhere fast! I don’t usually write reviews but really appreciated the quick and friendly communication with the owner and quick action when one of our friends left their Apple Watch when we checked out and it was quickly found and safely shipped home! 5 Stars!

I rented this property for my birthday weekend and brought my 2 small dogs. The home was clean and cozy. The heated pool was the absolute best part since I love the water. Thank you for having us! And yes, the dogs loved it too!
