Great place to stay! I've been coming to Galveston for well over 10 years and this was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed! Very accurate description, plenty of room, great location, great pool and great host! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The condo was wonderful and clean. The host was very communicative if we ever needed anything. The heated pool was fantastic, especially since it ended up being cold while we were there!

Communication was so bad very poor. Didn’t get fast responses which ruined our reservation for dinner, to having to change the room. The next room code took forever and they didn’t refund me back the difference of what I paid. Horrible experience when comes to communication having to go and call through different numbers then wait on them to call the team. Second room was smelly and not clean air to breath in, couldn’t sleep the first night.

Had a blast with me and my wife at the property Great Heated Pool Amazing View Amazing Host Donna. We enjoyed our self so piece and quit we stayed another nigh. Very Clean also let us check in early with no extra charge

The place was very nice, clean with a great view. Access was good for my wife with a foot injury. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kids and I loved the pools. Also very nice was the location close to everything Galveston has to offer. There is construction going on but it didn't effect this unit.

This was a very disappointing experience. - No hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen (this was mentioned in the email), very unreasonable.- The master bedroom door did not shut all of the way.- Beach towels were not provided despite being listed in the welcome email.- The pullout couch was broken, we had planned on using it.- Beds were very uncomfortable.- There was no mention of the lack of elevator access to the level the unit is on. There is a 1/2 flight of stairs from the main 3rd floor level with elevator access to the level the unit is on. This made loading and unloading very difficult.- Most upsetting was that the refrigerator was set to a very warm temperature, presumably to reduce energy costs to the owner. We arrived in the afternoon with a full load of groceries for the weekend and turned the fridge to the coldest setting. At 11:00 PM the groceries had still not cooled properly, and we decided they were unsafe the eat. The owners were informed that afternoon and we were told "it was fine". The next day we asked for a 200.00 refund and they issued only 100.00. I regret renting this unit and will never rent from this owner again at any of their properties.The property itself was reasonable, and the pools were great.Note that the beach directly across the street from this property is covered in boulders and is not spacious. You must walk or drive about 1/2 a mile down the road to get to an area with sufficient sand for a beach experience.

The condo is beautiful, and had been updated since our last stay at this particular condo. 3 bathrooms and two bedrooms with a couch that lets down into a double bed. We had plenty of room without feeling like we were on top of each other.

I booked this condo for my family daughters this past weekend. The entrance to the complex from Seawall Blvd was under construction during our stay but do not let it negatively mislead you like it almost did us. The condo itself and pool area was everything pictured.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

For Memorial weekend it wasn’t too busy. The room does need to be updated. Everything else is great. The 3 pools was nice and not overcrowded. My biggest complaint is the elevator being SLOW, MUGGY, and HOT. The room is on the 3rd floor, which is fine you can take the stairs or elevator. But theres an additional flight of stairs to get to the room, after you’ve taken the elevator. Making it difficult to carry things like an ice chest or wagon for the kids. Overall good experience though.

The condo and pool area was okay. It looked better in the pictures than in person. Overall we did have a great time. Small minor things, We're not working the first day we got there. The elevator was not working by our condo. The kitchen light was not working. Also the microwave light wasn't working from the bottom. So it was a little dark while we were cooking. We made the best of it and enjoyed our time. We didn't let the miners things get in the way of us having fun.

My kids enjoyed the pools at this property and it was nice to be close to the beach to spend a few hours there, too. Unfortunately, we had a couple of rainy days where we had to spend more time inside than we would have liked. We brought tablets and a few toys along on our trip. We would have loved to find a board game or playing cards to help pass a few hours inside.
