We used this location for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The location was perfect, plenty of parking. We did hair and makeup for a small wedding party the morning of, and the large windows provided wonderful natural light. The kitchen is well appointed, and the whole house was very clean. We requested additional linens which were quickly provided. Communication with the host was easy, with timely responses. Despite being across the street from construction on the MUSC campus, it was not distractingly noisy. Highly recommend, and we would happily stay here again!

House was clean and bedrooms very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The only problem was the medical building construction noise next door which should be completed in summer 2027.

Absolutely loved this property! The location and overall vibe were perfect for my bachelorette party of six. The house and decor were exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been smoother, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Fun girls trip

Beautiful house that is well maintained. Plenty of parking and easy to find. A little further out from some of the main attractions so we took Uber.

The house was lovely. Our stay was very comfortable. Neighbourhood was safe, but because of the location near the hospital, you will hear helicopters. The only negative would be outside leading up to the house can use some cleaning up.

Amazing place!

Beautiful property in a great area. Not quite fully walkable for summer temperatures, but easy uber rides to and from king street. The property itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. The management team was very accommodating to our need for early check in. We would stay here again!

The check in procedure was simple and clear. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were very nice, and the showers were very large. The living room/kitchen area was very small, probably not a good place if you have more than 5 people, or children. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderfully Historic!

Truly an elegant, southern Charleston experience! This renovated house provided a pampered and gentile experience with modern fixtures, historic plank flooring, and beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The location was perfect for walking or driving. Large veranda was perfect for cocktails or a perfect cup of coffee. Will definitely rent again!

Cozy

Very cozy 3 bedroom 3 bath. The only unfortunate part is that the college has construction right across the street which started everyday just prior to 7 am.

Thanks for the review, we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the space! We're sorry the nearby construction impacted the quiet mornings. It's temporary, and we hope it’ll be wrapped up soon. We'd love to welcome you back again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and has an adorable color scheme of green, white, and gold. Everything was clean and we felt safe in this location. Great restaurants and night life were within walking distance. The only thing we would have appreciated was more clean towels for the weekend and more toilet paper. Other than that this was an excellent rental home for our trip to Charleston.

Beautiful! Very charming property with well stocked kitchen and baths. No interior noises, only typical city noises. Private parking at rear of property was easy. Neighborhood felt very safe for walking. We tried the nearby free CARTA bus one morning, but chose Uber for remaining trips. We had trouble getting the first floor comfortably heated even after suggestions from manager, but would still be happy to stay there again.

Girls Week

The house was beautiful and clean. Our only issue was sleeping due to the LOUD pounding early morning (7 am) and throughout the day due to putting in pilings in the new medical school building across the street and the noise from school maintenance facilities to the back of the house.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s cleanliness and design. We sincerely apologize for the disruption caused by nearby construction and maintenance noise. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, but we completely understand how it could impact rest and relaxation. We’ll continue to monitor the progress of the construction so we can set clear expectations for future guests. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back once the neighborhood is a little quieter.

We truly enjoyed our stay but our neighbors kept us up every night. We know you can’t control all guests but their loud music, loud talking and even screaming was tough at 2 am. But thank you for arranging new accommodations for us when our original pick lost its AC.

Great house, great location

Lovely home, tastefully done. Everything that you need in the kitchens for cooking, if you so desire. Loved having both of the coffee makers. (Keurig and drip). It was 6 adults and we all had our own private space, with an ensuite. The beds and bedding were THE best. Soft sheets and comfy comforter. Nice parking area just behind the house. We would definitely say again.
