Enjoy sun, surf and sand at your convenience having a beautiful and peaceful beach just steps away. Tired after your day at the beach or need to bring up groceries? The house comes with an ELEVATOR to take care of that. The kitchen is equipped with high-end THOR appliances to elevate your culinary experience. The house has over 1,000 square feet of balconies on 2nd and 3rd floors providing ocean and intercoastal views. Enjoy beautiful dinners at sunset overlooking the Matanzas River or sip on a cocktail while enjoying the ocean breeze. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after time spent at the beach. Baby gates are installed at stairways for those traveling with little ones. The fully fenced yard offers privacy, BBQ grill and space for outdoor activities.

-The room boasts a full size murphy bed and a kitchen as well as a separate entrance. Please note that most kitchen supplies will be in the 2nd floor kitchen as that will serve as the main gathering space.

Please note:
- There are 4 car parking spaces (2 in the garage and 2 outside) available. Please do not park on any part of the sidewalk or on the street. Your car will get towed
-There are two owner closets on the 1st floor that will remain locked
-Some beach equipment is provided
-The person booking is required to be at the property during the entire stay. No third-party booking
-This is a nonsmoking property
-Pets are not allowed on the property. A $300 fee will be charged if a pet is present plus damage costs if any damage is done. Ring doorbell camera and cameras on the exterior of the house are present.
-Our home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kit
-Baby gates are installed by stairwells for those traveling with little ones
-A pack-n-play is available upon request. Requires minimum 48 hours notice
-Our home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera at the front door as well as exterior cameras on the side of the house and the backyard
-Please note that there are companies such as pest control and gas refill that come onto to the property to service the home. They will not bother you and are simply there to do their job
