Beautiful place to stay. Had everything we needed. Clean place and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The host was more than accommodating and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Had a lovely time hiking the area and seeing the sights. All around a wonderful vacation with many memories made.

A nice house in a good neighborhood with everything needed for a plesant, worry free stay in Klamath Falls. A well appointed kitchen, nice beds and comfortable living area with views. My family really enjoyed staying at this pet friendly house with a spacious fenced backyard.

My brother and I were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect place for us. Very clean house, easy communication with the host, and great location. If I come back to Klamath Falls, I would definitely try to stay here again.

This house was built in 1929 and has really nice updates. However, the whole house is leaning, the floors are slanted, the stairs to enter are pulling away from the house. It felt dangerous

Karen, this is the first we have heard of your concerns about feeling unsafe in our home, a home we plan to someday live in permanently and have invested countless hours into updating and repairing. We’re sorry you felt uncomfortable, but these concerns were not mentioned once during your three-night stay. We received no messages or indication there was a problem. Had we known, we would have gladly provided a FULL refund and ended your stay. As Premier Hosts, we take great pride in our guest experience and reviews, and never want a guest staying somewhere they do not feel comfortable. As you noted in our listing, this is a historic 1929 home on a very steep hillside. Like other homes along this hillside, it has experienced settling over nearly 100 years, noticeable in portions of the floors and walls. We are aware of the exterior condition and are working with contractors and professionals to address it. For future hosts: We had chosen not to leave a negative review despite concerns during this stay, including arriving before check-in and smoking directly outside the non-smoking home. This review was submitted at the end of the review period, and by the time we saw it and attempted to leave an honest review of our experience, the review window had closed. Communication goes both ways, and we wish these concerns had been shared during the stay rather than after three nights with no communication. We won't make the mistake of waiting to review again.

Cute quirky older home. Home was immaculate. Bathroom door did not close and the turn key lock did not work so that could be an issue. It would be nice to add a math mat as the tub floor gets quite slippery. Yes the floor is uneven. It is obvious an old home that has settled. Again it is a quirky older home, immaculate, and great location. Great hostess communication

This was an amazingly clean home and super comfortable. It's well-furnished with a lot to offer in the kitchen for cooking and eating in. The only downfall during our stay: One of the bedrooms has sheers for curtains and they don't offer much shade from the morning sun. I would stay here again for sure, if the opportunity presented itself.

We loved staying here! The house is as pictured, well appointed and comfortable. Great location for us, as we had places to visit both north and south. Pleasant walk to downtown restaurants and groceries at Holiday Market. Communicating with Courtney was easy and neighborhood is great.
