Please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

• Starter Supplies: This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival for longer stays.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
