Peaceful Northshore Retreat in Rowley
Our newly renovated home sits at the end of a very quiet dead-end road. We have ample parking for guests, a large backyard, and a new deck completed in 2023.
Our home features a "mini-master" bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and sun-filled living room on the 'second level'. The additional guest space, half bathroom, washer and dryer is located in the lower level.
Please note, as this is an older home we have steep stairs going to the second level and lower level.
We are minutes from the sandy beaches of Ipswich, Salisbury and the historic district of Newburyport, with plenty of waterfront dining, shopping, and areas to explore. We are also conveniently located exactly 3/4 of a mile from two wedding venues: Briar Barn Inn and The Barn at Bradstreet Farm. Use our space to get ready and unwind!

My husband and I bought this home in 2020 and have since renovated the entire thing, including adding an addition and a new deck. This is our first home and is very special to us but we are excited to be able to share it with you!
