Very comfortable house near a very nice area. Would 10/10 recommend this property for anyone staying in the area. Close to subway transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options. Host responded very quickly. Excellent property!
Property inside was great--clean, bright, spacious, comfortable! Window unit A/C's worked well (very important for us Southerners!), there were plenty of supplies available, & the kitchen had all the necessities.Parking our rental car was a problem so maybe don't bother with a car. Were never any spots available nearby; we ended up parking at our son's (10 min walk away) & walking back & forth. If it's your first visit to Boston--be aware, parking is an issue everywhere! Speaking of walking, the Somerville Community Trail is very close to this location & is a lovely exercise & commuting spot.
We came into the place with the water heater not working. Lucas responded well and got it replaced the next day. So we had our first night without any hot water. Things happen so I can’t hold that against him. The location was good. The house had character. We could park right out front. The house was well stocked.

Decent place in Boston. Very high price, didn’t match accommodations. Parking was an issue. No designated spots as advertised. No power outlets in the bathroom.
This place was near the T station, which made travel to Boston a breeze. The apartment was spacious for our family of 4, and each room was comfy. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. Overall it was a great base for our trip, and we will stay again if we visit Boston!
Was surprised to be on the 2nd floor. Amenities were fantastic! The place was great. Parking instructions were clear enough, but the people next door were moving and got a city permit to claim 2 parking spots on the right hand side of the street. We parked on the right hand side on the same street but on the other side of the intersection and got a 50 parking ticket. Not our host’s fault. Parking is an issue in that area.
