You will be located in the coveted Elk Springs Resort which is 2 minutes to the Arts & Crafts loop and just a few minutes to the world class hiking via the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park. Take the back route to Dollywood in just 10 minutes and you are only 7 minutes to the Grocery Store.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Beautiful and Spacious

My family and I were very satisfied with our experience there. The technicians came very quickly when we had issues. The staff and team were very nice and efficient. The only thing was I did not know about bringing the following items: coffee filters, extra paper towels (they only supplied one roll), extra toilet paper ( they only supplied one in the bathroom on the main level), extra trash bags (they only supplied the one in the trash can in the kitchen), the sleeping downstairs was a problem and was very cold for the kids ( this is where the bunk beds are), You were instructed to turn the heat up real high upstairs in order to heat the downstairs, this made it very hot in the bedroom upstairs. Finding a way to adjust the heat to be comfortable was an issue. Otherwise, it was a beautiful property. Just bring extra blankets for the downstairs.

Great Location But Issues

Adjacent cabins were far enough away to allow us privacy but close enough to make us feel safe. The media room was amazing, kids loved having movie nights. The theater room was AWESOME! Beds were very comfy, stairs padded and carpeted which made them safer for little feet running up and down. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first year our family decided to have a Christmas away from home. We were concerned about many things (travel, access to our cabin because of weather, etc) but our stay at Basswood Lodge was a fitting Christmas present for all of us. We especially enjoyed the theater room, the hot tub, and the 3 suites each being on a different level. The cabin was roomy, clean and comfortable. Thank you to Elk Springs Resort for a great Christmas!
