Located downtown directly on the riverfront trail with close proximity to concerts, dining, shopping, entertainment and more! I own the unit next door also in case you need extra space. I also have another property in GJ that sleeps 10.

I chose this neighborhood due to the proximity to downtown GJ, Colorado river, trail system (paved and mountain bike), Las Colonias Ampitheatre and countless other attractions - you're in the heart of it at this place!
What makes this property unique
This home is brand new, expertly stocked and decorated. Great natural light. Plenty of garage storage and a/c to keep you cool during our warm months!
